im looking at this ghille suit it looks good and everything but what is fire retardant pp fur? and is it a material that will disintegrate after one year?
Is the detector beeping or is it going into alarm ? if it is going into alarm make sure you do not have a smoldering fire and if you do not replace it ,it fauty ,if is beeping replace the battery if it has one.

If you value your nose, mouth, and jaw, get a full face! I've been in a motorcycle accident and took a look at my helmet afterwards and found a huge scratch across the face of it. I still think if there was only latch keeping the face down, or no face on the helmet at all, that my nose would have been rubbed off by the road. Remember, it's not IF you get into an accident or not, it's WHEN and HOW BAD. Happy riding :)
If you took out the battery and it is still beeping, then you need to replace the detector. They are only good for about 5 years. It's probably screwed to the ceiling with an electrical box behind it. Take it loose from the ceiling and pull it out to wear you can see the connections, it should just snap in. Disconnect it and then get a new one. All this provided that it is actually hard wired, it's just battery operated replace the whole thing anyway.
