frying pan help????????? :)?

what are frying pans made from? ( what kind of metal) is the handle a diffrent material than the middle bit? if so than why? thanks!! xby the way i dont mean a non stick pan but just a regular one! :)

Karen gave you the best answer. Those metals are used because they don't warp when heated and they dont turn red from excess heat

Frying pans are made from stainless steel, aluminum, copper, cast iron which is sometimes enamelled, and from sheet steel which is enamelled, and sometimes a combination of the two of the first three. They are made from those materials because they conduct heat well, or in the case of stainless because it is easy to clean. The handle is sometimes a different material so it doesn't heat up too much in use.
