Most cities forbid running a car repair business out of your home. ask code enforcement people. I had a neighbor who had a bunch of inoperable cars and trucks sitting on his property with weeds growing up into and around them. A real eye sore. Code enforcement people visited them, and within two weeks, the whole place was cleaned up.
