I'm being fired from my job as a clerk for 'theft'.I've never stolen anything, i know everyone likes to play innocent, but i really have never stolen anything.They claim to have video footage from the survellance cameras that show me stealing, but they won't let me see the footage.I havn't signed a termination notice yet, because i want to see the footagei know i didn't steal, why are they doing this?What can i do to fight it? Its a private matter, and i know my chances of a civil case are quite slimbut what else can i do?
take it to any fire department and they will be able to either refill or judge the integrity of the canister. actually, there should be a gage attached to the device that tells you if it needs charging or not.

Generally speaking, with pregnancy the FMLA paperwork is filled out and used for the time a woman is off for childbirth, not for the pregnancy itself, since FMLA only covers 12 weeks. Even if you fill out the paperwork, the HR department has to approve your FMLA leave. If you weren't actually taking FMLA leave at the time you got sick with the flu, your job is not protected. If your paperwork said pregnancy and you had the flu, why would you expect to be protected?
