I have dark wood ceilings in my house, not sure what kind of wood but again very dark with an almost red tone. In the bathroom there is significant mold, since the wood is so dark it's hard to tell, but it looks black and is in patches. I know I need to get a better ventilating system in there but does anyone know an easy, quick way to get rid of it? It's been there for years, just moved in with a friend and she's never bothered to take care of it. thanks!

They are not approved for a business (commercial use). They can be used for home use. They are disposable. They work good for a grease fire in a pan. I don't like them, they are pretty useless for other larger fires. For your home and personal use get a CO2 extinguisher or a halon extinguisher. They remove the oxygen and heat from a fire. A fire will not burn without one element of the fire triangle; oxygen, fuel, and heat. The sodium bicarbonate will only smother a grease fire. That's how extinguishers work.
