I agree with Fenneljay's answer, get a video recorder. Being sprayed with a hose IS assault. Start recording and DOCUMENT every incident on paper also, giving dates, days, time of day, who was present to witness, verbatim what was said. Once you can show a pattern, then you can approach the authorities and get a lawyer. My sister lives next to a loony like that. She is afraid that if she provokes this woman, she is crazy enough to poison their dogs. Edit: You can also call your county's Mental Health Dept. As a poster after me said, it could be Alzheimer's, or some other mental issue. They would do a check on the woman and if found to be incompetent, have her instutionalized. The backside to this, however; is that if you make the calls without PROOF, YOU will be labeled as troublemakers, and anything that happens after that, will be looked at as your fault.
