I am going to be paint metal stars for my sons room and would like them to glow in the dark. im just wondering what technique i should use and aslo what brand of paint. should i paint the stars my choice of color first then maybe use glow in the dark mod podge over it? of just go with maybe rust-oleum, raylon (i dont really want to use aerosol paint) or FolkArt texture paint. well if any1 has any suggestions plz feel free but no negitive responses please
