if you didn't then you're going to soonput a pad in your underwear anyway just in case and take 3 ibuprofen (motrin, asprin) you can take up to 12 a day even though it says 6In my experience midol doesn't really help crampsIt should take about 15-30 minutes for the ibuprofen to kick in and take 3 every 4-5 hours.
