Answer:

Complete Rubbish. persons can only remotely access your computer if you let them. .
Log in as administrator, then go to control panel - Users Then click your usual user account and select user type administrator If you can't log in as administrator then you're probably not allowed by the admin to do such things.
I personally agree with some others that say something to the nature of, if string theory is correct, it signifies the end of science in general, for most of it seems to be based on everything forming from definite random maybes. Any one that has really studied string theory realizes that it is currently understood has little more than a huge number of equally possible solutions. But then by having so many possible solutions available does make it easier to “prove” a hypothesis and push it to “theory“ as the very nature of the string hypothesis is the random chaotic behavior of everything. Thus I tend to agree with many of the experets that say that string theory may not be falsifiable and as a result may have no predictive power. which makes it usless as a science. Although it is an interesting mind expanding field of study.
Windows has two places that I know of to enable remote access. One is in the control panel. The other is the task manager. You can check with the task manager at anytime to see if someone has remotely accessed your computer. If they have and you don't want them there you can kick them off. You may want to reinstall your operating system. You may have some type of hijacking type of virus. If you really want a operating system that is more secure I would like to suggest Ubuntu or Linux MInt. Two linux operating systems that won't let someone remotely access your computer unless you say they can. Good - luck, hope this helps :)) dandielionous
