Have an inspector that is requiring us to wrap the outside of of our gas fittings anyone know with what type?
I've been asked the same questions on many different occasions. The appraisal can answer some questions, the seller may be able to answer others, and a home inspector may be able to answer others as well. I would not specifically get a home inspection just to answer the insurers questions. (It is probably a good idea to get one anyway, especially if this is going to be your primary residence, but that's up to you.) If you don't know something, just tell them you don't know. Or if you have a rough guess, tell them the answer and that it is a rough guess. Good Luck!

Pssthey, there is no dark side of the moon. The side away from Earth gets just as much light as the side towards Earth. That's why the photo you linked to is lit by *sunlight.* Peace.
