I have been eating large meals and I have been constipated for over a week.It got really uncomfortable so I drank half a bottle of prune juice this morning and now it is coming out like water.Nothing solid has passed though.Is this the normal cleansing of prune juice, or is it that I am impacted and only liquid can pass the blockage?

The prune juice is acting as it shouldI think if you were impacted - that nothing would go through - and you would have lots of pain/fever - You could try Senekot (stool softner) -and drink lots of water -
