Question:

Health and safety in the work place question?

What are the hierarchy of measures used to control risk?

Answer:

you might want to check with a plumber or an electrician, i know PVC pipes that size is not common but perhaps they would know where to get that. however, you might want to check on the internet and call places like Franklin Empire (electrical supplier). there are a few suppliers that would carry this sort of pvc tubing. other then that some pipes used for used water might do the trick, although it might be an other material such as fiberglass
Check your page setup to ensure that the paper size is correct. Is the printer attempting to feed blank pages at all? If not, you've got big trouble and it may be time for a visit to an authorized repair facility. If the printer is older, the grey (gray) rubber feed rollers are probably worn and they may be slipping. They'll look shiny and feel hard if you rub your finger on them. They should be soft and sticky so that they can grab new pages as the printer needs them. There's a product called Rubber Renew. It's a little pricey for a small bottle, about $7- $10, but I've had great success with it. If you can get your hands on some, just dampen a soft rag, rub the rollers to remove the oxidized rubber and wait while the chemical does its' magic. Do this in a well ventilated area, this stuff is powerful and flammable. *Be careful not to get it on any plastic parts because it'll make a right mess of things. You should be able to find some at a specialty electronics shop or printer supply outlet. Follow the manufacturer's link and click the buy now button to find a distributor in your area.
That sprinkler head just may need to be tightened up slightly. Have that neighbor come over give that a try. Otherwise, have him turn the water off again, take that sprinkler head off all the way, put new teflon tape on the threads of the sprinkler head, reinstall it. HOPEFULLY, that will take care of it. Otherwise, there may be a bigger problem now and you may need to contact you homeowner's association about. If your neighbor can't stop that leak, your problem is only going to get worse.
