so this girl and I got into a conflict and I got taken out by the cops, moments after that the girls mom comes over to me and starts cursing at me and calling me all these names screaming in my face, and she brought my family into it and my friends, I have my friends who where there when she came over to me. can I press charges? she also like sorta touched me but she didn't hit me but she kept getting in my face
You can not press charges against anybody only the prosecutor can do that You would have to file a police report and then they would take to the prosecutor if there is a case and in this case I doubt there would be

No, you can not. It is not illegal for someone to yell at you unless they are threatening you. The police can charge someone with disturbing the peace if the yelling is occuring at night, after a certain time. Just yelling and saying mean things isnt illegal
You can press charges for her verbal assault. As for the touching, since its unwanted you might be able to press charges as well. If this is an issue that really bothers you, I advise pressing charges!
