ok i need some advice on weight loss.i have a formal/ prom coming up on April 19i have a dress picked out but its a 28 inch waist and i have a 31 inch waisti only have a month to lose 3 inches off my waist!!!!i started runnin like a mile every other day but will that be enough? i eat really healthy already so what else can i do?
