Hi im 14 and Im going to buy a bench press but i have a couple of Q's first. i found this bench press but i dont know if it comes with a bar and weights .Also is it even a bench press?!! Or just for Dumbells ?
Yes you can bench press on it. Its says you can beneath the picture... It doesnt say anything about coming with weights.
Depending on the store, you can probably get a very simple bench for around $50. You can also buy an olympic weight set for $100 or so for a couple hundred pounds including bar. You won't be doing that much weight so a basic bench should be fine. Academy, Sports Authority, even WalMart
it IS a bench press no doubt but it looks like you might have to buy the bar and weights yourself not worth it buy a bench press that comes with some weights and bar....believe it or not the heavier the weights the more expensive they will become lifting correctly wont stunt your growth
