Mill Decks require one or more of the following: Leyline of the Void, Memoricide, Sadistic Sacrament. This is to handle shuffle Graveyard into Library effects. You also are leaving out Bala Ged Thief, who is absolutely crazy good. There's Bojuka Brigand for 2 mana, but he's not that hot of a creature since he can't block. I'd recommend Rite of Replication over Clone, because their non-kick mana costs are practically the same, but the kicker on Rite turns Excavator into a (minimum) 180 card mill. You also might want Crypts of Agadeem, for when some of your creatures get killed. Would help with kicking Rite of Replication or Sadistic Sacrament.
I'm not exactly sure as far as Allies what you can add but there are a couple of cards that can pretty much help any Mill deck (especially Blue/Black). Archive Trap is AWESOME, quite possibly the best standard mill card nowadays because it can easily be played for free as early as the first turn and can actually win you the game (unlike Traumatize, for the same CMC and at Instant speed). Leyline of the Void is also almost a necessary card in a Mill deck nowadays with the Legendary Eldrazi running around. I have heard of people throwing one or two in a deck (or at least sideboard) without any intention of casting them just to stop Mill, the Leyline stops that. If you go with White Kazandu Blademaster is a really nice Ally. I have heard of people having those in decks without any other Allies (just a playset) because they're a 2/2 with First Strike and Vigilance all by themselves. In an ally deck they seem like they could get HUGE.
you opt for multiple equipment consistent with deck... upload a selection of of stall taking part in cards- killspells (doomblade, homicide, and so on) and a Chalice of life/death may well be a outstanding theory, what in conjunction which comprise your lifelink already happening. Vampire Nighthawk is an amazong card btw. i've got a blue-black mill deck and four of him in it ahaha. inspite of the undeniable fact that by using way of fending off blue, you do understand you're giving up some constructive mill playing taking part in cards... mind sculpt being one among them!
