Answer:

make it then paint it here is howAluminum foil paper the one your mom keeps in the kitchen cut one or several the size of your face under your chin and over your hair linehave some one help you and place the foil on your face and make a moldpress gently to shape your face cut out holes for you nose to breathonce you make the mold remove and set it on a balled up towelget old news paper and water and flourmix water and flour wet paper with mix, carefully layer the paper around foil until it's three layer or hard enough to handle let dry cut out holes for eyes, mouth (optional) and nose get paint and have fun
It can keep them clean, but if you can take your (unplug) your burners from your stove like mine, the plates are really easy to clean too
The burner plates are designed to keep grease and food from falling into the area under the burnersCovering them with foil may keep them clean but will also trap heat under the foil and may cause some discoloration of the stainless steelThe best solution is to just clean them regularly to prevent the build up from burning onto the surfaceThey will stay as clean as your pots and pans if you service them as often.
for the sake of EZ TO CLEAN-then cover them-you can buy pre made liners that set in there-makes it even easierjust throw it in the garbage plop a new one in there as for the changing of the cooking time-not!! when I had an element stove, I always covered the burner plates cuz they were such a !$ to cleanI have a glass top, self cleaning unit now heh heh true -they will discolor after awhile because of the trapped heat, however, they will be covered with foil so no one is gonna see it anyways lol-plus if the discoloring bothers you, new burner plates are inexpensive
You can get those cover thingys from any dollar storeyes i do cover it help keep my stove clean.
