Question:

High Fiber Bread Recipe?

Is there anyone here who has a recipe for a high fiber bread?

Answer:

I suppose you think that a faulty spanner may have been the cause the problemThe bearing may have been on too tight? hahaha I broke my leg on one venture out on a bike, if it makes you feel any better:)))))))))))))))))))) It does tend to delay you a bit, I must admit I am not an expert on bicycles, but I understand that aluminum does tend to be much more brittle than other types of metalThe fact that you had a 1 1/8 inch head set as opposed to a 1 inch one would have given you even less flexibilityYou obviously have a lot of wear on your bike, regardless of whether or not the warranty has expiredI have never heard of any such thing happeningMaybe the bike just could not withstand the accumulated stress that had been placed on it and something made it snapGoing back to threaded bearings sounds like a good idea to meSome of the innovations and advances do not pan out to be improvements over timeOn the other hand, it has been said that every dog has his day, so I guess every bike eventually has its day as wellYou could check and see if your bike falls within the warranty time and try to pursue that angleIf you were to consider suing the manufacturer, you might encounter more monetary expense and stress than the effort was worthYou are lucky to be aliveYou could also check for signs of any possible sabotage or tampering with the mechanisms of the bike before you set out on that unfortunate runDoes anybody hate you? By the way, by the time my time for physio came up, due to the ineffecient nature of our socialized/transplanted Labour Party government health care plan, the services were no longer requiredHave fun!

i've heard of it happening but thought it was a rare thingi would seek compansation for the defect in equipment and workmanship of assemblyit sounds like the carbon spacer may have been the problem cutting into the strtubei know how much trouble a brkn shld blade is toobut you'll heal to ride againthese are reasons i stip my bikes atleast once each season so i can inspectget well stick to the rehab it takes time to heal properlythank the mfr of your helmet and your own good sense to use it or you may not have been here to ask this question.
Thank goodness it didn't happen while you were doing over 40You might not have this question posted I personally haven't seen this, but I do know it happensWhy, I am not sureCould there be a defect? Could the aluminum or carbon have cracked from a previous impact with the front wheel? I would be taking the bike to the shop where I bought it and get some answers if it had happened to meQuestions like you are asking as to why, and is it covered in the lifetime warranty of the bikeQuestion - if it IS a true manufacturing defect - is there any retribution for your medical and financial lossesIf it is a defect, I would also consult an attorney.
