Answer:

Sometimes when I have my cookies sheets either in the dishwasher or if I need to make another batch while one or two pans are already in useBelieve it or not, if the cookies are small enough, an upside down (giant sized) muffin tin, works excellent! You have to watch them closer though because they tend to burn a little faster on the bottom than on a regular flat panI love Silpat (silicone based pan liner sheets for baking)it is expensive but NOTHING sticks to it!
Honey, this may sound odd, but flip the pan over and make the cookies on that sideKeeps the sides from burning!
I've baked cookies in a pan beforeIt didn't really effect the cookies much, if at allIf the cookies spread to the edges though, you get a few with flat edges but they all taste the same anyway so who cares if they aren't all perfectly roundI don't mean to sound condescending in any way but they are called baking pans, so they are good for multi-purpose baking.
I would recommed using parchment paper on the pan that you have over using foilI used to work with a caterer and found that the parment paper did a great job you can find it almost anywhere I have used on a pan that was not a cookie sheet when I could not get to thte cookie sheet and it made every thing come out just fineDo not grease the pan!!!
Just be sure to incorporate all of the food groups (or at least most of them) into each mealFruits, veggies, and whole grains are all great sources of fiber and are low in fatLean meats like chicken breast, canned tuna, turkey, fish, beans and low fat dairy are excellent sources of proteinHere are some suggestions for meals to spark some ideas Breakfast Try something like 2 slices of whole grain bread, 2 eggs done however you want (to eliminate fat and cholesterol, just use the whites-however, most of the beneficial nutrients are in the yolk) and have a piece of fresh fruit with itLunch A turkey or tuna wrap with a little cheese and maybe some veggies with hummus on the side and a piece of fruit or low fat yogurt Dinner 3-4 oz of grilled chicken breast, steamed brocolli, and a baked potato And dont forget, it is ok to snack throughout the dayActually i would suggest it, as it keeps energy levels up and it also keeps your metabolism runningJust be sure to choose sensible things like low fat yogurt, string cheese, fresh fruit and veggies Drinking plenty of water throughout the day will keep you hydrated and keep you regular Good luck
