Question:

Honda Rebel front tire pressure looks low recommended 28 to 32 psi.?

‘87 250 Rebel: front tire appeared low on air. Psi read 32 on inflator‘s built-in gauge.grabbed my bicycle pump that read 22 psi! I used bike-pump to get tire to 32 psi, then checked it against the inflator‘s gauge again it read 52! The tire looks good that psi but I‘m afraid to leave it that way. I don‘t know which gauge is correct I don‘t know the wiggle room on the tire: Yokohama Y992A 3.00-18 4PR.can‘t even find it online to determine which tire replaces it. Recommendations?

Buy a separate pressure gauge. They're cheap and reliable. Don't leave tire pressures to a guessing game.
Buy and carry your own pressure gauge. NEVER eyeball, and never trust the built in one on either gas station hoses or little cheap compressors. Wiggle room? Max psi at max load is the number listed on the sidewall of the tire.
