Ok, so my walker has a pretty nice, thick coat (but not really a winter coat)I bought him a medium thick turnout blanket and I'ver recently noticed his coat is damp when I remove the blanketIs his sweating anything serious? Or should I just keep the darn thing on?Ps The temperatures 'round here stay in the 50's to 40's most of the time, sometimes droppn' to the 30's
i would try dying it orange n then bleaching the parts you want yellow (by bleaching i mean spray peroxide)
if he is sweating get him a lighter blanketif it gets windy the air will get underneath the blanket and can make your horse really sickif you dont want to get a new one i would suggest just taking it off, given that the horse has a well protected area to get out of the elements:D hope this helped
