This is not a question with an easy answer. Everyone is different and what may feel good for one may not feel good to another. There is no Right or wrong way. You just need to relax and explore and see what feels good for you. Maybe take a bath and get as relaxed as you can. If you force it it won't happen. Try thinking of something that really turns you on. Your the only one thinking it so think whatever you want. It will happen its all up to you.
I looked up the Ortho product that the previous answer referenced. Ortho Elementals Slug and Snail Killer does meet OMRI standards. (OMRI is an organic standards organization.) It's active ingredient is iron phosphate. Of course, OMRI standards do call for you, the gardener, to take as many non-chemical approaches as possible, such as removing mulch from the area, and killing as many by hand as possible. (Wear gloves, if you are squeamish.) Dropping them into a jar of vinegar will usually kill them.
