i play football and my max on bench press is 190lbs

ok dont listen to these people... what you need to do is something called burnout... put 2 10's and 2 5's on each side... do ten reps the take one of the 5's off, do another 10 reps, the take the other 5 off, do 10 more reps take the ten off, do ten reps then take that last ten off and do the bar as many times as you can.... vote mine as best answer
