I have excess copper in my body and it causes trembles
Keith makes part of a good point... if you have been tested and verified to have too much Copper, there are a few things you could do, but it can be dangerous to diagnose yourself as having excessive copper because of some symptoms like that (as trembles can be caused by many things). If a doctor has done a blood test to verify you have too much Copper in your system, you could limit the foods you eat that have copper (there are many lists that you can find on a Yahoo or Google search to know what to limit/avoid), but you can also add more Zinc as Zinc and Copper work together. By taking more Zinc (I would limit it to 30-50 mg unless your doctor says you can take more), it can help to minimize the extra Copper... but if you don't know (based on blood tests, not just symptoms) how much extra you have, you won't know how long to do this before you're at the right level. That's one reason self-diagnosis for situations like this can lead to getting the wrong amount (eg. developing a deficiency in Copper because you get your levels too low). It's better to be safe than sorry. ;-) Good luck and I hope I helped!
How do you know you have excess copper? IF it was diagnosed by a doctor, he/she should have given you a course of action.
