this person hums on my buss and its really annoying, i work really hard and i need to relax but i cant. i need ear plugs that can block out low frequency noises cause i got extremely agitated today, and i do not feel like coming in tomorrow causae i cannot stand to deal with it,it is the fact that it is a constant noise and i do not get paid to put up with these people

The city can adopt a more strict code - but not a less strict code. Typically the distance should be around 25 feet. So the city must at least enforce the 15, but can enforce more if the local fire department needs it.
