The alarm system controller is behind the glove box or under it,once you have located it.Start the engine and warm it up,unplug the alarm module let the engine run for 5mins then shut it off.Then restart the engine if you were sucessful in disarming the device then the engine will restart.If not go through the steps again.
Take it to a locksmith, they won't charge much to pick it open.
