You also need to know the overall heat transfer coefficient and the surface area and amount of heat being taken out or added to one of the steams (also called the heat duty). This will be a trial and error calculation because you have to estimate the LMTD by guessing the T2 and seeing if the result in terms of heat transferred matches the heat duty. You keep estimating T2 until the calculated heat duties match.
