If the thief had a gun you might be a slab of meat down at the morgue. Is it worth it to lose your life over a pair of jeans? The answer to that is, HELL NO. In the mean time you sue. Absolutely. You won't get your job back but so what? Your employer has the responsibility to train its employees on whatever position he or she is hired to do. Period. End of story. The guy you cuffed could also sue since you were not properly trained. This includes suing YOU as well. The police will do an investigation and your employers negligence will come out. Go to your state's EEOC and start filing the grievances!!

Half-shield / half-wire or all-wire facemask? Either way, properly fitted contacts are a better choice, especially if you take care of them. Glasses fog up and that can really impact vision plus it may require getting a bigger helmet. Have you considered lasic?
