I use avast! as my security system, for starters. I'm wondering how I would go about blocking a specific programs access to the internet. If I block the programs connection through avast! will it still work when I turn avast! off? Orshould I just block the programs net access from my control panel?I just need directions on an absolute way to block ONE programs access to the internet.
