I understand that you can buy a wrapped pallet of miscellaneous merchandise at 25% to 35% of retail. Heard it's something like a grown up grab bag because you don't know what you're gonna get. Figured since Christmas is all about giving everyone a bunch of stuff they don't want or need, I would buy a pallet and get all my shopping done at once, and cheap. So how do I get one of these pallets?
After you get the EXPN card from the kanto radio tower go east of Vermillion to the sleeping snorlax. Go to the radio and put the tuner at the top to get the pokemon music then press A in front of Snorlax to wkae it up. I reccomend catching it, get a few heavy balls. You need to go through Diglett cave to get to Pewter city. Pallet town is straight shot south.
Go to Lavender Town and get the Radio card Go to Vermillion City Then go to the cave toward the right Wake up Snorlax using the PokeGear Radio(at the Radio menu movie the cursor close to the top) Defeat him or catch him(lvl 50) Go through the cave Exit(make sure you have a pkmn with cut) Go through Viridian City and then be on your way
Christina's answer is good but just in case you should know that to find the Pokeflute channel it is at the very top of the tuning circle. It isn't labeled so some people have trouble finding it.
Take care of the Power Plant problem by first going to the Power Plant which can be reached by taking the route all the way east of Cerulean City. Take the water route all the way down until you find the Power Plant. Talk to the guy in the middle of the room and as you leave, you will be notified that a shady person has been found in Cerulean City. Go into the Cerulean gym and you will find him. Follow him and battle him. Go back to the gym and you can find the missing gear in one of the inflatable tubes. Take it to the Power Plant. Then, make your way to Lavender Town and go to the radio tower. Talk to a guy with a hat on and he will upgrade your PokeGear. Go to Vermillion City and go east to find the Snorlax blocking the cave entrance. Get the radio on your PokeGear and tune it all the way to the top so that the music changes to that song. Talk to Snorlax and battle it. Proceed through Diglett's Cave and once you exit, make your way all the way down south and voila, you are at Pallet Town.
