Statue is 6 feet tall, I must cut off one corner of the rectangular base in order for the statue to fit into the space to be displayed. I also must drill 4 holes for carriage bolts in order to anchor the statue down. Should I use a hand saw to cut the base? Power saber saw, portable band saw? What type of drill bit should I use for the holes through the base?
