I have a carpeted Odyssey Dj Coffin that has major cat hair on it from my cats sitting on it. I've tried getting the hair off with lint rollers, sticky tape, a wash cloth, noting works. What should I use? Here is a pic of it.
Most alarm systems are easily overridden from the inside. Go to a home-security-installation establishment with a description of your alarm system and offer twenty bucks to be taught how to override the sucker. And remember, sometimes it is better to seek forgiveness than to seek permission.
Hopefully you have free Legal Services in your area who are able to assist you and force the Landlord into bringing your place up to code. Landlord/Tenant laws are a little bit different in every state. I'm glad you have taken notes and kept the original contract. Photographs will also be helpful if you decide to retain a lawyer.
