We live around the corner from our town's high school. Every day, the kids speed up and down our road before and after school like their tails are on fire!!!! We have small kids and worry about what could happen IF! (Obviously we keep our kids very well in check and watch them very closelyand they aren't allowed in the front yard or in the street!)So, my husband and I have been trying to concoct (spelling?) ways of getting them to slow down, including talking to the police Chief (to no avail). We've been told we can't build our own speed bumps.Any suggestions? This is really to the point of boiling nerves! Thanks!

Well you could goto a local car audio shop who does alarms, and purchase a new remote, or have them professionally do it, those are so wired into basically EVERYTHING its not even worth trying, or turn the car on, then flip the hidden valet switch, (My explorer has a Viper alarm, when you get out, the light flashes (LED) for 30 sec's then it locks and chirps once, but when you flip the switch it totally disables the alarm so its just like only having keyless entry, or for you like not having it at all, the switch is usually located like under the steering wheel, like in the place where your feet are, so look around, its usually a small toggle switch.
