Question:

How do I get this package in and our of the trunk of my car?

Hello,I have a box that is about 3'x3'5'. It can fit into my cars trunk but it weighs about 300 lbs. I need some way to get it in and out of my cars trunk a couple times a week, maybe up to 5 times. Anyways, it needs to be something that I can carry on the roof of my car or in the trunk. The trunk entrance is about 3-4' off the ground. I've considered a crane of some sort, but that is just not convenient and extremely expensive. A load ramp is probably a better idea but I haven't been able to find one that has rollers or something that would make it easier for me to push the box up...

Answer:

If you are willing to modify the car slightly remove the backseat and put simple rollers in place use the same brackets to make the rollers frame and keep the seat in storage.
Maybe get a pickup truck and a guy to help you load it without getting a hernia?
Sounds to me like you need to buy a pickup or SUV. Hauling three hundred pounds of anything in the trunk of a passenger car is ill advised for multiple reasons. It puts a lot of stress on your rear suspension parts and wears them out quickly. It also lifts the front end off the ground, to a certain extent, which makes a defensive swerve or other emergency maneuver more dangerous. Especially on icy or wet surfaces. There are other issues, but these are the big two.
a folding engine hoist sounds about right - but a van with ramps or a pallet hoist sounds best
