How is it EVERY NIGHT I kick the sheets off of my side of the bed(so I am on a bare mattress and take my pillow cases off when I am in a dead sleep? I am a light sleeper so Idon'tt know how I do it. Anyone else with this problem?Is this normal? How can I stop doing it?The other side of the bed keeps its covers and pillow cases lol. I hate having to totally remake my whole bed and put on my pillow cases every morning.

listen to your body. stop rest or exercise an hour is a fairly short time unless you have medical problems or havebeen awake practice what airplane piolets call sweeping the surroundings. glance around, quick eye flick to insturments, ( do NOT stop to read them) , eye flick rhe rears mirrors. Ask yourself, what is my situation, what are the hazards , what might I do IF . and then RELAX. Driving is new and a big responibility but it is like anything else you get usedto it. DO NOT take your friends . extra passengers are the biggest danger outside of drinking or texting. PS sooner or later in you life you may have an accidnet. that is what insurance is for, have an emeergency cell phone for contact. welcome to the club.
