Answer:

For safety release fuel pressure first. Always wear safety goggles in case there is still pressure to protect your self. Also have some type of container to drain excess fuel into. If you jack vehicle up use safety stands and chuck wheals. REMEMBER THERE IS ALWAYS TIME FOR SAFETY!!! Check owners manual and remove fuel pump fuse and start car and wait until it dies. this will relieve the fuel pressure. The Fuel filter has one clip and one threaded connector. Remove clip with your hand and remove line. You will need a 20mm flare wrench and a 16 mm flare wrench. Put 20mm wrench on filter and 16mm on line remove line. The filter is held on by a 10mm bolt remove bolt and replace filter and reverse directions. Put fuel pump fuse back in and cycle the ignition key three or four time to pressurize fuel line, Start vehicle and check for leaks.
Well,i know eating four of them make a nice speed bump on my butt,so,uh 4.
The classical solution is to use small value capacitors on the AC cord coming into your stereo and on the speaker wires coming out of your stereo. The small value will not bother the audio frequencies but will short out the radio frequencies. Try a 0.1 uF value on the speaker wires where they come into the stereo. Make sure you have someone who knows what they are doing if you are going to put one on the AC input. The capacitor must have a greater than 200 volt rating and be non-polarized.
go and do a search under technical QA. you will get your answer in seconds.
