Alarm is being very worried or scared about something possibly happening. If you hear a fire alarm, you'll feel alarm because maybe the building will burn down and people will die or lose all their stuff. So Bingley thought the situation was a little funny but was very worried about what Darcy would think. (I don't remember when in the story this takes place.)
With most alarms, you would need to know the code your parents have programed into the system. Do you think maybe your parents do not want you to be able to turn off the alarm? Check with them and see if they will give you the turn off code.
