I have a DeWalt power drill. It has replaceable and rechargeable Battery Pack labled XR Pack. I want to know how to get rid of it safely and appropriately.
Y'know, home depot used to have boxes out for this purpose while advertising their greenitude, but they vanished in my area a while ago. Try googling battery recycling see what happens.
Take it to Home Depot. They have a collection bin for old batteries. Hope this helps.
