Question:

How do I remove seized rear axle on my BMX?

I repacked the bearings earlier and the bike was running until it just seized completely. I had to replace the bearings with newer ones that was given to my by the mechanic. The rear wheel refuses to move

Answer:

maybe you tightened the lock nuts to tight, try lossening them
Sounds to me like you messed up the overhaul. If the bearings were in retainers and not loose there is a very good possibility (50/50) that they were installed backwards. Looking at the retainer, there is a side where the full bearings are visible and a side where there is a ring of metal visible. This ring should be facing OUT, not in. If you overtightened the axle when reinstalling it (the axle should turn freely with no slop) then you may have crushed the hub cups. If this is the case, the hub is trash. It is also possible that a bearing got dropped in the hub shell somewhere and caused the axle to bind. Also, if the cones and locknuts are not secured correctly that will cause the hub to lock up too. It is also possible that you installed too many bearings if they were installed loose. To determine the correct number, put enough bearings in to fill the cup then remove one. This one space is ESSENTIAL. As far as lubrication, you shouldn't pack the hub. After everything is clean, wipe a SMALL amount of grease in the bearing cup, then take a little grease on your finger and roll the bearing around until it is covered. That's it- no gobs of grease. More grease will attract dirt and actually cause the hub to turn slower.
Time to buy a new wheel.
