Question:

How do I resolve an IP address conflict on a bridged network?

I have a desktop and a netbook and I'm trying to bridge the connection from the netbook to the desktop via Ethernet, the netbook is connected to the Internet via wifiI have tried changing IP addresses on both machines and tried doing all that fun stuff with command prompt (ipconig /all, etc) and still, no luckI've even enabled ICMP and DHCP on one machine, both machines, and vice versaAlso, when the bridge is disconnected but both machines are connected via Ethernet I get the quot;limited or no connectionquot; popup on the connection on both machinesDoes anyone know how to fix this issue?
