I'm in the AF, my afsc is Security Forces, I currently deployed in Iraq, on a TSE (Tactical Security Element) providing security for OSIWe go outside the wire in these vehicles, there are different types of MRAPs, we drive the Cougars, I must say, its a fun vehicle, plus you feel so safe in themAs for VehOps, over here, they might drive them to move them to certain locations, like the wash rack, or to the MRAP shop to be repaired.
uuummmmm the best drill bits are round the cheap ones have sides on them we drill semi truck frames and our drill bits are as big as your wrist - every one of them round at the shoulder and at least 10 or more pounds in weight even the tiny set mom has in the house is round - i just checked, my set is round, the only hex sided drill bits in the shop are a promotional giveaway from a vendor - they are stamped china on them - every thing else is USA stick one in your drill and try it out on some soft wood and see how it works for you then when that works try a piece of scrap metal aluminum, its soft too, then try some case hardened steel for laughs
