Question:

how do you care for polyester tablecloths??

we have 10 polysester tablecloths that are wrinkled and wont come unwrinkled. What can we do??

Answer:

If they won't unwrinkle from drying individually while damp, then attempt to iron them with a very low heat setting. Do this by putting a thick cloth, a washcloth or dish towel, between them, and gently ironing it. If you're apprehensive about ironing on low, or can't get the wrinkles out still, take them to be the dry cleaners, and even if they don't actually dry clean it, they'll have professional equipment to get wrinkles out.
I'm assuming that you've already tried ironing them, but have you tried steaming them? An industrial steamer can work wonders on wrinkled fabric and is often easier than ironing. Another suggestion is to try spray starch while you are ironing - use that and your tablecloths will look fantastic. Always starch napkins before use and they will hold their fold better. If all of that fails - take the wrinkled table cloths to your local dry cleaner and make it their problem.
