alarms are meant to be scary! they ALARM you. explain to him what it is for. get some ear defenders and get him to help test the alarm, and realise it will stop when there is no fire. get him to help make an action plan of what he has to do if he hears the alarm. draw pictues of stick men going out into the street, waking mummy, calling fire service.

If you can get the smell out you can use it, but the stain will not come out. You could recover it.
I think you meant accomplice. 2nd accomplice would indicate two accomplices in addition to shooter. Certainly does not confirm an accomplice based on this video evidence merely the impression of a witness, not confirmation. What I find more curious is the racial makeup of the witnesses. I would not be surprised at all to find that the shooter is determined to have racial hatred as part of his agenda. Most of the witnesses shown are black or hispanic.
