I was so excited to be in Gods house this week going to church but when the worship band starting singing and entering us into worship, I felt discracted, many things just enetered my mind and I felt like very out of place because when I looked around everyone seemed to be enjoying the presecnce of the LordI just felt like I said before discractedWhat are godly ways to enter into worship? Have any of you ever prayed while worshiping? I just want to give The Lord proper and passionate worship, How do you put the cares of the week and stress aside and totally get devoted to the Lord?Thank you for your answers and May God richly bless you.
ok u do not need to lose weight!!!! i hope ur doing this for health! dont lose weight and make sure u eat enough calories but ANYWAYSaim for 20-25 grams of fiber and about 50-65 grams of protein
I'd be really careful about getting too much proteinMaybe you should see your doctor for advice on this one.
im not sure about protein but you need to eat about 30grams of fiber a day.
