I really want to make a necklace out of paper bags. I don't know how to crochet or knit so the only option I have is melting the plastic bags.
Perhaps shredding the bag and mixing it with glue
I am sure the inventor of this won't share her secret. She is selling her jewelry. I don't think anyone would know how to do this. She seems to have stumbled on this.
