Sounds like you are being railroaded, may the judge have mercy on him you he fires you though. That workman's comp claim basically makes you untouchable. If he fires you you'll have a fantastic lawsuit on your hands, worth thousands more than the workman's comp claim would have been. Do yourself a favor and start documenting anything nasty that he does to you. Description of what happened, who was there (witnesses), place, time and date.
