Hey:) um first off just going to say please wait!! You're only 13 and no offense not really mature or old enough for a septum piercing. Trust me people treat you and look at you differently when you have a facial piercing. Atleast wait till like ur 16 at the most. But I'm like 2 yrs older then you and I pierced my nose myself and now I regret it. Butt if you really want it then Boil the safety pin, wear gloves, sterilize the area you'll pierce, and then push through fast. Unfortunatly when I pierced my nose(nostril not septum) I thought it would be a walk in the park. I was wrong. I though I was dying and my face would fall off. So I had to pace my self which mad it worse. Then I got courage and push les through with the needle and almost died from shock after it poked through. It was sore but I pulled it out and put in the jewlerry. But I assume it would be the same for the septum maybe hurt more:/ Please listen to me and wait! Sure somepeople think you look cool with the piercing but it will make it harder for u to get a job and people will judge you on your piercing. Plus a lot of guys I know don't like those piercings. For now just stick to ears or maybe nostril piercing. Plus if you get it infected then it will be painful and you might have to take it out:/ I'll probably get bashed for this but whatever. If u do it just b safe
