I have a regular household extinguisher and would like to know if there is an expiration date or shelf life before their performance drops. It came with the house, and I have never used it. The needle on the gauge is in the fully charged zone. There is no shelf life or expiration date on the bottle.
Safety equipment A Good Rated Helmet- Driving Gloves and as far as the carts go you would be in the adult division as you are getting a late start. To reach any kind of speed at all you will need to have a odified engine in your cart as most of the competitors in you will be racing against weigh 120-150 lbs VS your 200!!!! Why not try street stocks as most tracks will allow 16 yr olds to race!!!!!!
Look for an antistat spray. The rubber probably has a slight charge to it and is drawing the dust in.
