It's the part where you put the key in to crank the car up.. The steering wheel is completly locked it wont move at all! It's a 1991 Ford Mercury Grand Marquis. If you know the steps to change it I will greatly appreciate it!
If the hydrant falls over it was that old and rusty that it needed replacement anyway (Steel normally doesn't break when being punched with a human hand.. an since he is no shaolin monk I think ordinary steel wouldn't break). If Mike Tyson punches a hydrant it prooves that he is just the nut I thought he is and that he belongs into a looney bin. But surely nothing of this would be staged. Please excuse any grammar errors, but english is not my first language.
More practically if you could get a fire hose and a fire hydrant then squirt the jet at the falling person you could possibly bring them to a virtual halt so they touch down gently.
