I got into a car accident yesterday (not my fault), and my front right tire on the axle is now almost bent 90 degrees from its original position. I‘m guessing they‘re going to need to replace the whole front axle. Generally, how long does it take to get that fixed?

There's more broken than just the axle. Leave it to the mechanic. If I could look at the car I could tell more, but since the axle is bent that much, the parts that hold it in place aren't holding it in place anymore. I suspect you might have frame damage too.
